Live Nativity

What is a live Nativity?
A live nativity is where actors bring a full sized nativity scene to life. As you celebrate the Christmas holiday we want to share our love of the Savior with you through this special nativity scene. You will be able to see the manger as if Jesus has just recently been born. Please join us in this special celebration. We look forward to seeing you at Christmas on Chestnut!

Come and see the live nativity and gain a greater appreciation for the true meaning of Christmas. Ponder on the importance of the birth of the Savior Jesus Christ. Caroling, refreshments, and hot chocolate will make the experience even better. We hope to see you this holiday season at the annual Christmas on Chestnut!

Reflections of Christ

Reflections of Christ is a gallery of artists' depictions of Christ. The spirit of Christ has inspired many people to become better and live more nobly. We hope that this picture and statue collection will light the Christmas spirit within you. Ponder on what Christ means to you as you enjoy this serene gallery.

What is a Creche?

What is a crèche?

A creche is a collection of 3 dimensional depictions of the manger where Christ the Savior was born. Artists for many years have tried to capture the deep adoration Christians have for the birth of the Savior. A collection of these works leads to a deeper understanding and appreciation for the significance of this sacred event.

Children's Handicraft Room

This year at Christmas on Chestnut we will also be featuring a room especially for children! They will have the opportunity to make holiday-inspired crafts to bring home and enjoy throughout the Christmas season. Crafts for young and older children will be available.
